My History:

Born to an Engineer dad and a Fashion Designer mom in New Delhi, India I possess both technical, and aesthetic skills. As I grew up, I realized that the best way to make the most out of these skills was to combine them to make an impact on the world. Being creative, and always wanting to know how things were made to function right, I loved creating things and often participated in competitions like the Best out of waste. At a very early age, I developed an insatiable hunger to Invent and build something different.

My Present and Future:

Currently, in my various roles as:

-
UX Designer in Tech at Info-Tech Research Group
-
Founder for an Accessibility first Collaboration tool
-
Professor at the School of Design at George Brown College

I'm learning how to build products, negotiate with stakeholders, and lead teams. Through all this, I am shaping my life to fill it with purpose.

My most vital skill is being able to challenge and push myself to learn, and to make things happen. With this spirit, I ran my first half marathon in 2022, less than 1.5 years after I started running (during the COVID-19 pandemic).

As I say on my podcast - and a statement I wholeheartedly believe - “every career is untraditional.” Currently, and for a long time, I will be looking for opportunities to learn, and add work experiences that become part of my “untraditional” career. If you believe I am a good fit for your needs, please email me or connect with me on LinkedIn.
